Pastor Kevin Mincey is currently the Senior Pastor at Winchester Grace Brethren Church located in Winchester, VA. He is the former Pastor and founder of Disciples Outreach Church in Washington DC. He attended Grace College and is a graduate of Washington Bible College. He grew up in the inner city of Washington DC. He has a strong heart for evangelism and outreach.

Rick Cartagena

Rick Cartagena has devoted his life to helping inmates and addicts come to know Jesus. He served as the director of evangelism for Christian Life Prison and Recovery Ministries in Philadelphia. He and his wife, Brenda, were part of an extension of CE National’s Urban Hope  Training Center in Philadelphia, Pa. Rick officially became the pastor of Norwalk Grace Brethren Church in October 2018.
Letitia Y. Williams

Letitia Y. Williams

Letitia has a master of ministry studies from Grace college & theological seminary cum lade, master of business administration from the university of Phoenix and bachelor of arts in english from Wayne State University. She has 24 years of experience in human service roles. She served 15 years as a police chief and director of public safety at the University of Detroit Mercy, MI. Some of Letitia’s affiliations include Board Member at Large with Michigan Association of College Law Enforcement Administrators and Board Member of the Police Chiefs Advisory Board, Detroit Police Department in MI.

Michel Faulkner

For more than 35 years, Rev. Michel Faulkner has dedicated his life to serving God and his community. Growing up in Washington, D.C., he was an all-star football player that became a freshman All-American and four-year starter at Virginia Tech. In 1980, Rev. Faulkner graduated with a B.A. in communications. After college, Rev. Faulkner played two seasons (1980-82) in the NFL, one season with the NY Jets. In 1983, Faulkner returned to VA Tech for his MA. Upon completing his master’s degree, he became the assistant dean of students at Liberty University in 1985 and was promoted to the vice president for urban ministry in 1987. Since, Michel has served in a variety of roles in ministry, politics, and social entrepreneur

Ed Lewis

Ed Lewis is a graduate of Grace College and has an MDIV from Grace Seminary. Ed spent 43 years in starting and developing ministries that stimulate evangelism and discipleship, especially equipping  young adults.  He helped develop leaders for foreign and US ministries and serves as Executive Director of CE NATIONAL a church effectiveness ministry. Ed lives in the inner-city and loves to see Jesus changing lives.

Jim Brown

Jim earned a BS in Bible from Philadelphia College of Bible, an MDiv from Grace Theological Seminary and a DMin from Westminster Theological Seminary. Jim has served as the Lead Pastor at Crossroads since 1991; he has served as Executive Director at MetroGrace since 1999.

Orlando and Angie

Orlando and Angie Gonzalez

Orlando and Angie Gonzalez live in the inner city of Philadelphia. They came to Christ as a result of the ministries of the Urban Hope Training Center. They are active in the local church at Urban Hope. Orlando is employed as a truck driver but one who lives to share Christ with others.  He has led many of these friends to Christ.  He and his wife Angie open their home to people and are active in ministries to the homeless and those who are in need of hope.  Both of them accepted Jesus as adults and they have wonderful testimonies and love to share Christ with others.  They know the culture of the inner-city and yet have a strong testimony of making a difference in the city!

Carlos

Carlos Baez

Carlos Baez lives in Florida and he and his wife Nicole live near Orlando. Carlos has started outreach Bible studies in public schools and he is active in sharing his faith with others. When in high school he led a Bible study with students that led to over 100 student attending weekly and dozens of young people receiving Jesus. He lives ON MISSION.  He is now a police officer and he has a burden for young people and he and his wife love to use the Bible Project to lead Bible studies with others. They are active in sharing Christ with others and teaching them the Bible. As a young man himself, he is outstanding in modeling how to live to follow and share Jesus.
